Features

Draft, send, sign, and keep it signed

Priva6 covers the whole life of your legal documents: writing them, getting them signed, proving it, and bringing every signer to the latest version.

Draft

Write documents that read like legal documents

A real document editor, built for contracts and their annexes, with the layout carried over to the signed PDF.

  • A document editor made for contracts

Headings, numbered clauses, indentation, tables with resizable columns, embedded images and page breaks: what you write is what gets signed.

  • Annexes, written or uploaded

Attach annexes written in the editor or as PDF files. Each one is fingerprinted (SHA-256) and every PDF page is stamped with the signer’s initials.

  • Signing block & signing date

Choose where the signers’ details and signatures go, and drop in a signing date that is filled in on the signed copy.

  • 16 compliance document types

DPA, SCC, UK IDTA, NDA, BAA, MSA, SLA… Organise your documents by type, from privacy to health and commercial.

Send

Send for signature, your way

From the app, a shareable link or your own tools. Priva6 handles the emails, reminders and expiry.

  • Email or shareable link

Send a secure signing link by email, or create a link to share yourself. Links expire after 14 days by default, from 1 to 365 days.

  • Automatic reminders

Schedule reminders per document. Each one carries a fresh link, and they stop as soon as the document is signed, expires or is archived.

  • Your own email templates

Customise the seven emails your clients receive, from the signing request to the signed copy, with variables like {client}, {document} or {link}.

  • Multiple co-signers

Up to 10 signers per request: the primary signer fills in the company details, co-signers simply sign. Add a co-signer later if needed.

  • Send via API

Trigger a signature from your CRM or onboarding flow with a single HTTP call. The client is created or updated automatically.

    Read the API docs
  • Revoke or archive

Revoke a request as long as nobody has signed it. Archiving a document stops its pending links until you restore it.

Sign

A signing experience your clients understand

No account to create, nothing to install. Your clients read, understand and sign in a couple of minutes.

  • Type, draw or upload a signature

Signers type their name, draw with a mouse or finger, or upload an image of their signature (cleaned of its metadata).

  • Plain-language explanations

Next to each section, a short AI-written explanation helps signers understand what they read. Clearly labelled, never legal advice.

  • Only the details you need

Choose which fields to ask for and which are required: position, company address, VAT or registration number, phone…

  • See what changed

When asked to sign a new version, clients see exactly what changed since the version they signed.

Keep up to date

Your documents change. Your signatures follow.

Updating a DPA or its list of subprocessors shouldn’t mean chasing every client again by hand.

  • Revisions, locked once sent

Every change is a numbered revision with its history and a diff. Once sent or signed, a revision can’t be edited anymore.

  • Notify every past signer

Publish a new version and notify everyone who signed an earlier one, in one go. Co-signers are grouped as before.

  • One-click re-signing

When only the annexes change, clients review the update and re-sign in one click, with their previous signature and details.

  • Change summaries written for you

Priva6 drafts the email explaining what changed between two versions. Edit it, or send it as it is.

  • Import signatures made elsewhere

Attach PDFs signed outside Priva6, so those clients are part of the history and notified of the next versions too.

Prove

Evidence you can rely on

Every step is recorded, fingerprinted and chained, then sent to every party.

  • Signed PDF & audit trail

Once everyone has signed, every party receives the signed PDF and its audit trail, with the signatures right where they belong.

  • Hash-chained audit log

Each event is chained to the previous one with SHA-256. The latest link is printed in every audit trail, so tampering shows.

  • Content fingerprints

The exact content each party signed is fingerprinted. The signed PDF is only generated if it still matches, annexes included.

  • What was agreed, word for word

The consent text each signer agreed to is recorded with their signature, with the date, IP address, country and browser.

Team

Built for the whole team

Legal, sales and customer success work on the same documents, with the right permissions.

  • Roles and permissions

Admins manage the organisation, editors edit and send, readers follow along. Invite your team in a few clicks.

  • A directory of your clients

Every client with their company details, documents and signatures, kept up to date by what they confirm when signing.

  • Signed copies where you need them

The sender receives the signed documents, and up to 10 extra addresses (your legal team, your archive…) receive them as a ZIP.

  • Light or dark

A calm interface that follows your system theme, or the one you choose.

See it with your own documents

Draft, send and keep your legal documents signed and up to date, with evidence every party can check.
